Façade Study and Details for a Project during its Construction, Fürth 2021

We were asked by the building owners to come up with an alternative façade design to the existing proposal. The office building, located in the backyard, gets a representative look with an Eternit material, and the big windows let a lot of light into the deep floor plan. While the vertical window formats respond to the verticality of the rear courtyard, the ribbon windows on the garden façade emphasize the horizontality of the expansive riverside landscape.
